3 easy steps

Your project has three stages. After you complete the first step with Jenny, you can decide if you will continue on your own or if you want Jenny’s help for the next step and the step after that. You choose the level of involvement to suit your needs.

Step 1. Initial Consultation

The initial interior design/ decorating consultation is a vital step in achieving a good result. Sometimes this consultation is enough to give you the knowledge you need to complete the makeover yourself, and could include advice on window dressing, flooring, colour schemes or lay out. If the makeover is more complex it gives us the opportunity to asess your needs, get a thorough understanding of your expectations, take measurements, photos for reference and most importantly to get to know you.

This consultation is a fixed price and there is no time limit. You will be able to take as much time as you like showing us your home or office, explaining your ideas and concerns. You will know the fee in advance and avoid any embarassing shocks

Step 2. Concept development and planning

Once we have a good undertanding of your brief  we will draw up plans for your kitchen, bathroom, furnishing and even design your curtains, bed head, rug or  cushions. We select colour schemes, fittings, finishes, art work or whatever you need   All of this information, including pictures and samples  where viable, plus suppliers and costs will be collated in an album for you. You will be able to see how the whole project flows and how each component complements the rest.

You may get the project under way by yourself if you wish. You can pace the project to suit your budget and time as you'll have all the information at your fingertips. If you would like to take ownership of certain aspects of your makeover we could handle the tasks you do not want to do.

Before we start step 2 we will tell you how many hours we estimate it will take and give you a firm quote for the design work so you know where you stand.

Step 3. Project management/ project planning

We'll take care of all the ordering, project planning and manage the trades people to ensure that your makeover or renovation runs smoothly. The end result will be truly amazing.
